This contract DW Quick, David Quick Const4uction Services bid on doing my deck. I paid him 19K, and he ran off with the money and did not finish the job, leaving me with bills and purchase order to pay for. DO NOT USE HIM.. RIP OFF . I ALSO SPOKE TO ANOTHER CLIENT of his, who lost over 25K.
