We contracted Dan to paint our home. He made so many promises. Said it would be gorgeous. It was the worst experience of our life. Terrible job. Stole our property. Never returned phone calls. Not on site as promised. Sloppy and unfinished job. Don't use him and get everything in writing!

Dan Kirkland was hired to paint and install entryway doors. His painting was so terrible that I chose not to continue working with him, so he did not install our doors. The wall paint has debris that was painted into it, the paint is peeling, the walls were not to properly prepped, and when I asked him to make corrections he suddenly said it wasn't part of his bid! Unbelievable. We had painting tarp and ladder missing that were eventually returned but not until we contacted him every single day. He wasn't on the site like he said he would be. I wouldn't use him. He is more expensive than other contractors and he was the worst contractor I've ever worked with!
