Nice guy and does fine work. However, be carefull about getting receipts for materials that he buys. He loses receipts and then states the cost but I've come to find out I was overcharged. The short story is, I asked him to validate his material cost but he would not and will not communicate with me anymore. If you lose the receipts how hard is it to list the materials and the price according to Lowes or Home Depot. Instead he stonewalls. Nice way to run a business.
