In June of 2021, I purchased a beautifully remodeled home that was completed in early 2021, and the previous owner hired David Samarin to help with the project. After only six months of living in the home, I experienced horrible leaks from the roof deck. All the contractors hired by the previous owner who worked on the house have returned to help, except David Samarin, who has not attempted to schedule a time to come out or at least a call to discuss the issues. I'm sure a contractor having to return to a job where the work was improperly done is disappointing. The lack of communication or follow-up from David is frustrating and unacceptable. If you need to start a project, this contractor may be OK; however, returning to the project to discuss the issues or repair something done impro[perly is not so good.
