    David was punctual and knowledgeable. We had a few quotes but decided to go with David to renovate our kitchen and it turned out beautiful. He is a hard worker and is detail oriented.

    Although friendly, he does not have a filter and can come across rude and insulting. There is a fine line between confident and arrogant, and he falls on the side of arrogant.
    We had a flood at our home and David was hired to come in a take care of the repairs and clean up. Long story short, he showed up the morning of the flood and went to work right away. He called his carpet person and another guy. They started jack hammering up the foundation in the laundry room, and then decide it would be best to just re-route the hot water pipe. So really if you are re-routing, why jack hammer? My husband had to stop the guy from continuing to jack hammer...he said he just wanted to see where the leak was at (at our expense and time??)? On the follow through appointment David said he would be there Monday at 8am, my husband came home to meet him, and he never showed up, finally my husband had to go back to work. David called my husband and told him that he was sleeping. David showed up an hour and half late and, I lost a day of work because he was late. And it seemed like he had no cares in the world for our urgency on completing the project. He just seems careless.
    My appliances were not put back the way he took them out. The hot & cold hoses on my washing machine were not connect correctly and clothes were ruined because they were washed in HOT when the dial was on COLD. I am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism.
    We are going to finish the inside repairs our self now, because we need it done immediately, not at David's leisure.
