    Do NOT build with David Kerns. In the short period of time of dealing with this builder we have had 2 accepted and agreed upon offers that he pulled because of his unwillingness to make changes that he already agreed to without explanation or reason to us. Unwillingness to give good customer experience. Has a pathetic sense of business when working with people unless it's easy and quick for him. Only cares about making the most money. When you're looking for a home and your offer is accepted and your family gets excited about the move and the builder at his whim pulls the deal with no reason or explanation is a let down to your whole family!!! Would not recommend dealing with this guy or his company unless you don't care about personalizing your HOME or working with someone professional. Completely unsatisfied with him and his realtor Phil Hyre and will never look at a Kerns built home again.
