    Entire home remodel

    On time, if not early. On budget, if not a bit under budget. Organized. Flexible. Organized. Reliable. Did I say organized? Personable. Trustworthy. Has the utmost of integrity and honesty. Straight shooter. Really smart. His subs are respectful and top notch like he is. They all aim to please. David completed four remodel/reno projects on two of our homes. He maintained the high quality of the original construction, even when it was inconvenient or downright hard. He took time to listen to our needs and wants, he let us know what was workable, and he helped us save money. He takes plenty of time to plan and then executes construction plans like a consummate pro.

    Example: He’s neat and CLEANS daily. That ubiquitous construction dust was NEVER a problem like all my friends told me it would be.

    He’s detail-oriented — on steroids. No shortcuts ever. We lived in the home during construction, so he created effective plastic barriers that provided privacy and dust protection.

    Example: a problem arose with a faulty quartz slab for our kitchen island. For months, David doggedly advocated for us with the manufacturer as well as with the fabricator and seller. David came through for us like a champ. We now have a beautiful quartz island free from defects.

    David is unique in that he’s like a designer & contractor all-in-one. He understands his clients and their preferences because he takes time to get to know them. When I was clueless as to what sort of shower tile to choose, he made a suggestion — which ended up being perfect.

    Example: When David’s flooring subcontractor was laying down flooring planks, I didn’t realize there was so much variation in the coloring of the different planks. I hated it all the variation. David and his flooring sub listened to my concerns — my pickiness — and re-laid flooring planks with coloring that I preferred. All with a smile. They went the extra mile with flexibility and positivity, even though the flooring sub had to do some extra work.

    I could write pages of examples like the above…. David is VERY busy because of his superior work ethic, high standards, etc. But he’s WELL worth the wait.
