David Varela, as a licensed contractor and plumber, took my call the morning of December 26th when my water heater started leaking and I faced a crisis. He made time to help me figure out what the situation was, and then advised me about purchasing a new water heater. He then came out, SAME DAY, no extra charge, and not only picked up the water heater from the store where I had purchased it, but worked for several hours to get the replacement done properly, and also took time to replace the water shut-off valve in my garage which had corroded. He was informative, professional, excellent at his work and very pleasant! I hope I will have the chance to work with him on a bigger contracting project in the near future. Cindy Taylor, Oceanside
