Davinic Builders, Robert Pina, has been making excuse after excuse and not completing work. A long list of inspections that have never passed, a swimming pool half installed without proper inspections that may now have to be torn out. They have been paid over 120K, about 90% of the contract and did perhaps 25% of the work leaving me with a yard full of trash, no one showing up to complete the work, and angry subcontractors and suppliers who are threatening to lien. All of this on a job that was supposed to take six weeks, and it's now been over nine months.
