Dawson hired me to work on a residence - work done, Dawson not only didn't pay, but skipped town. Fortunately, he was bonded.

If you need any contracting work done, please DO NOT EVER use Justin Dawson who works as a Superintendent for INLINE Construction in Aloha, Oregon and owns his own company called Dawson Construction, LLC.
After doing some research, Justin Dawson also owns/owned other companies and does NOT have a CCB for all of them:
Tonar Renovation, LLC - active CCB
Dawson Construction, LLC - NO CCB
Bridge City Construction, LLC - NO CCB (CCB Suspended)
Justin has quit showing up to finish the job here at our place & is refusing to answer any texts, emails, or phone calls.
After doing some research, this seems to be a trend for Justin Dawson.
He also had to use a jackhammer to break up some cement to install a post & he hammered through the pipes for our radiant flooring.
He thought he fixed it so when I turn the radiant flooring on downstairs, water comes up through the cement floor & carpet.
The downstairs has been a chilly 60-63 degrees, even though I have told him this repeatedly, he still will not fix it.
Justin is also using subpar cheap materials to try to match our existing woodwork & other items, but again, he does not care.
He does not show up when he says he will, and if he does, he is on his cellphone majority of the time not working then says he must leave.
I had him on my video cameras of him propping himself up on his truck or resting his arm on the side of the truck for 45 minutes to an hour talking on his phone.
I understand we all have more urgent matters, but we signed a contract with him before we left for Ohio in June 2017 & it still is not done.
