Will never hire this guy again. He totally gauges the heck out of you. Charges to manage your project, but is never at the site. He got paid to do nothing!!! The project was managed by someone else who didn’t get paid to do it. Believe me we asked. Was disappointed how he treated workers and other contractors he used for the project. He tells you he has his own team that does everything, but he doesn’t. They all own their own business and he hires them. They can quit at anytime, Rob fails to tell you that. We dealt with him crying about how some worker screwed him over. It was like a soap opera every time I met him. Gossips like an old lady!! The very few times he did show the guys looked miserable. He blamed the guys for screw ups, but how can they be responsible if you are not at the site walking around or even getting your hands dirty.
