    Water extraction
    $4,000

    They came into a building that we manage to extract water from a busted water heater and were several hours later than they stated .. by the time they arrived we had sucked up all most all the water and they started moving office furniture and removed an expensive oriental rug claiming they could have it cleaned , the men rolled it up and removed it. They then placed dozens of fans and dehumidifiers and had us sign papers and ran out the door!!
    Several days later we asked them to please come remove their devices ASAP .. they showed up days later removed them, sent a huge bill but never returned the lobby oriental rug. We refused to pay until rug was returned and now they slapped a civil suit on us for double their outrageous rate I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM !
