Absolute nightmare - They did a bathroom renovation job @ $10,000 for us and 2 months ago, water started leaking into the adjacent hallway & apartment below about two months ago. We tried to get them to come out and got the run around for weeks. The plumbers in the apart complex took a look & said the pluming was the WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL job they had ever seen before - including violating codes of pluming. Finally after three weeks, they sent someone who looked at the problem and & fully agreed the work done was poor-the floor has to be gutted out & pipes redone. Multiple attempts were made to reach the company & when we got a call back, we were told that even if “their Pro” sees the problem, they don’t care - problem is not theirs! And we can “do whatever we want” but they are not going to care one way or another.
They were already reported to BBB before (we found out too late) and we also reported them to NJ BBB and you can find out how bad they are rated by the BBB. Do not use this company.
