I used this contractor in 2014 for a full bathroom remodel. Generally the quality of the work was fine. We would not rehire him due to the usual contractor nonsense of not showing up as promised, not communicating effectively and complaining that he under estimated the time it would take to tile the shower and seemed to want us to pay him more. He also gave us bad advice on aspects of the shower design and generally had a bad attitude that made me very uncomfortable to the point that I would leave my house when he was working. He's been the business for years, but it's just him and one helper who quit halfway through the job. He doesn't seem very organized. For context, I know he was dealing with serious illness in his family at the time and we were giving him more space because of it. We had plans for him to do other renovations on our house and we did not move forward with him.

I hired Dominic for a clean up job from a botched rmodel job in 2018. At the time, no new contractor would take the job., stating that they didn't clean up other's messes. Dominic took the job. He resolved every issue i had with the previous work. Honestly, he rescued the job.
Bedside manner and professionalism was exemplary. Would rehire him in a minute.
