Hiring him is a mistake. They cannot seem to get any task rights, whether it's getting the floor leveled or installing cabinets. Ironic that they say they know best when they seem to know nothing at all. Even the building inspector, who came to examine the remodel when it was near done, said it was an outrageously terrible job, including crooked tiles on the wall, the leaning panel installed between the refrigerator and the cabinets, and even the toilet installation. The handles on the sink were installed backwards, and after much back and forth to get them to fix it, it was still done crookedly. I’ve communicated concerns with them throughout the duration of the project but was reassured everything was correct or that it will get done. I was promised certain features I requested could be done, and when I asked if it needed to be added to the contract, Ram brushed it off saying that it was not necessary, but after the contract was signed and work started, he went back on his word. Lastly, on several occasions, he has been very handsy and inappropriate. Don’t waste your money or sanity.
