this contractor has allowed a faulty alarm system to be installed on a worksite at 197-199 Mott St. 10012 which goes off randomly thru out the day and night, at weekends and even during the day whilst construction is in progress and does nothing to mitigate the problem. The alarm is extremely loud and is adversely affecting the quality of life of the entire neighborhood. Construction is one aspect of making a building but to destroy the peace of mind of the community is another. Noise complaints have been made but DJM continues to be non responsive to phone calls and is therefore a poor manager of it's construction site leading the community to speculate about more serious breaches of health and safety on site. Zero stars is more appropriate but that is not possible to leave this comment.
