I've had plumbing problems and two floods since I moved into the house. At this point I've spent over $12,000 trying to correct the problem. Chris won't answer my calls and hangs up on me when I ask for assistance. I have had the angles lengthened in my basement and the septic dug up. The pipe leading out of the house was buried in mud and the pipe leading out of the septic was up in the air. The pipes were fixed and Im still having problems- Chris said it was working when he turned it over to us. It has never worked properly and he knows that. I asked him to stand behind his product and he basically told me to call a lawyer if I felt I needed to.
