I hired Don Ardono Design consultants to build a three season room onto the back of my house in Bartlett, Il. Within 60 days of completion I had water leaking into the structure as a result of ice damning. He refused to fix the issue even though all that was required was for him to remove a few pieces of siding so the roofing contractor that he hired could gain access to install additional flashing. This company has zero customer service and will promise everything but deliver a very poor quality product. Beware!!!
