This contractor should get the award for being the worst in NY. He was hired to replace all our windows. When the windows arrived, he had ordered the wrong size and a large bow window which was cracked. He signed off on the windows, although one was cracked. I was not at home at the time. To make a long story short, they installed the windows all wrong, broke the frames on the inside of the house. They were not able to install the bay window and kept on rescheduling until they stopped answering the phone. We hired another contractor to finish the job. We ended up paying double the money because they tried to correct his mistakes. As far as the cracked bow window, we are still trying to get the manufacturer to fix it. But it's difficult without an invoice which the contractor has and will not give us. I am thinking to sue for the damages, stress and aggravation caused by this company. If you hire this company, be ready for paying double what his price is to correct his work.
