This contractor was affordable, reliable and all around an honest person. I got 3 different bids. One bid from a licensed contractor and two others were considered handy men. His price was a couple hundreds lower than all three. When I told him I needed the work done quickly, he worked the full weekend to accommodate me. I have a rental and use him often. He has always been honest and helped me save money. There are not many businesses out there that care this much about keeping their clients happy. I highly recommend him and have used him for other projects. All have been great great experiences.
