    Bought a house that was built by Thomas Doyle company, things started breaking down on the one year mark. You really notice the parts and things where materials were skipped on (light switches, internals of a toilet, any form or sealant against water, and overall common sense when building a house). Like some of the reviews mention, if something needs their attention, they will not pick up and avoid you. Word to the wise, make sure you have them fix everything on your agreed upon punch list before buying the house. Do not count Thomas to be a man of his word.

    This would be the 3rd house my family has purchased from him. I guess when people expand their business they forget how they got there. Customer experience is what sold me to buy from him again. With over 15+ construction going on in the same I believe he couldn't focus his attention on his clients. This, in turn, cost him money and the buyer money.

    Lack of attention to details has left his house subpar at best when completed. From damage furnaces and water heater to leaky pipes. The worst thing of all. He does not respond to call to resolve the issue. My furnace broke 2 weeks after purchasing the house from him in December. Called him several times without any response. Go figure.
