    Avoid DS Climate Control! Unprofessional and Poor Service

    I had a terrible experience with DS Climate Control, based in Alsip, IL. They installed a furnace in the home I purchased, but the installation was poorly done. The pipe leading into the wall wasn’t glued properly, causing water leakage.

    When I reached out to the owner, Dariusz Szewczyk, for help, his response was shocking. He told me he couldn’t assist and was completely unhelpful. Not only did he fail to address the issue, but he was also rude and extremely unprofessional in our communication. As a new homeowner, this type of treatment was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

    I would strongly advise against using DS Climate Control for any HVAC needs. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service makes it clear they do not value their customers.
