Completed a carport and garage conversion. The price was great and the attention to detail was amazing. The city inspector said he really enjoyed coming to the site and that proper details were tended to even if they weren't on the plans.

He doesn't answer our phone calls when we need him to come back for unfinished repairs, the outlets are falling apart and heater not working its only a year old a/c, heater. I wouldn't recommend him.

I'm not able to pass my roof sheathing or shear inspection because of Ricardo Garcia from Duzac Construction. Mr.Garcia does not have workers compensation and hires illegal immigrants to do his work. Do not hire Duzac Construction.
