  Tommy and his team worked magic with our remodeling job while consistently visited our house to check and see the progress of the work and to be sure that everything is complete on time and without any problem. More than that, they completed the entire remodeling work few days before schedule. When they told us that we can move back to our house – we were very happy (mainly when we verified that everything was done perfectly). We want to thank everyone for providing us with an amazing experience, professionalism AND excellent kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling. We will absolutely hire them again!

  Tommy remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms.

  Tommy was suggested to us by a colleague for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project and we are very thankful for that recommendation. Tommy was really easy to work with and extremely easy-going with us. We really valued how experienced Tommy is when it comes to all the tasks that were involved in the remodeling including where to shop for things such as tiles, vanities, faucets, light fixtures and how all the workers were willing to give their feedback in order to help us make the best decision for our house and budget. During our remodeling, Tommy gave us daily updates in regards to the progress and he even visited our house daily and even helped us with a non-related plumbing problem (a broken pipe that leaked into the wall of our laundry area). Tommy and his crew demolished our kitchen and bathrooms completely and turned it into our favorite spaces in the house. We highly recommend working with Tommy (ET Builders) for any type of remodeling project.

  A complete home renovation project.

  ET Builders re-built my current house & they delivered the finished project in 15 months which we were so sure that they will be able to do it. The staff at this company are very organized, resourceful, helpful and experienced for every aspect of this huge remodeling job. Our project included the demolition and redesign of all the rooms at the house and We have already recommended them for several more jobs. We have worked in the past with many construction companies in Los Angeles in the past for small and big projects But ET Builders are by far the best from all of them!!

  Tommy redesigned our kitchen and bathroom at our house.

  ET Builders is an excellent one-stop shop for mainly excellent design, great help in selecting final materials/accessories and mainly for any complete home remodeling. Our master bathroom and kitchen needed to be completely demolished and redesigned. Tommy met with us several times and by listening to us and to what we want to get, he was able to come up with a new concept that included all the ideas and goals of what we wanted to have and his design was very clean, modern while still be within our budget. Tommy also managed and handled all the orders and purchased of the materials and final accessories which caused us to write this review because this was an excellent service. The bathroom was gutted and after the demolition, Tommy and his guys discovered that the floor support beams were damaged so we had to replace them with new ones and to have the floor leveled before they could start the new construction. This problem caused the budget increased by a small cost (Tommy charged us only for the materials) for the overall budget. All the professional people that were involved in the work including the plumber, drywall man, electrician and tile man were excellent and skilled people that executed their part in a very high level of work results. They were very careful about all the cleaning aspect by dropping cloths, plastic wraps for the floors. The kitchen was completely redesigned and Tommy was able to include everything we wanted and needed. He went with us prior to the work and helped us purchasing all the materials appliances. The remodeling job was a week behind the original schedule because of the floor problem and due to few days when we had to leave the house for personal reasons on top of complications in getting the necessary inspections completed – we must mention here that any of the delays was caused because of ET Builders fault. We are very happy and satisfied with Tommy, the workers and all the skilled people and mainly ET Builders as the company and we highly recommend them.

  Our second remodeling project with Tommy was to remodel the entire kitchen at our house.

  We hired ET Builders (Tommy and his team) to redesign and remodel our master bathroom 2 years ago. We really loved the entire process of the work that they did and the bathroom itself that turned out to be so much useful and much better than we ever thought it will come out. Since that time, we didn’t do any additional project at our house and several months ago, we agreed to do another remodeling project at our house and to have our kitchen completely remodeled. We called Tommy once again and we asked him to come over and to start the process once again and at the end, we hired ET Builders for the remodeling job. Tommy came over, met with us several times and designed our kitchen. Our initial meeting was very good because our last time trust, took over and we totally trusted his judgment and ideas. Tommy and his workers were very polite and experts while they showed up each day during the week on time and we had no issues or problems at all during the whole time that they were at the house and we left them at the house during that time while both we went for work. The value and perfection of the remodeling job that they did… Speaks for itself. Some people and friends that saw it, said that it’s a little expensive but we looked at it in a different angle! We definitely got what we paid for and quality/trust – cost!

  Large scale remodeling project including hardscape and landscape

  Be prepared…to be much more than satisfied and happy!!! The moment we saw several of ET Builders in progress projects, we got really excited to see how our remodeling project was being executed. The crew teams of ET Builders are the most skilled people that we have ever seen OR had a pleasure to have at our house. From early stage of the planning phase and all the way to the final touch ups… we were always fascinated with ET Builders and mainly with our project manager and the team/office staff. We would like to mention that our remodeling project was a large one. Any problem or issue that came up during the work, was solved in a very timely manner. When we wanted to ask questions or bring up our comments, Tommy was there for us always. When we were in the stage of the shape of the roof for example, Tommy was approachable and involved. Although we did accept his vision from the beginning, Tommy gave us enough time to check and analyze our options in order to find what’s best for us based on our budget and lifestyle and space. We can’t be happier to refer Tommy and ET Builders to anyone for any large remodeling project including hardscape and landscape!

  Tommy remodeled our kitchen.

  I contacted Tommy at ET Builders based on other reviews and information we found and Tommy responded in a fairly timing manner with an email and later on with a phone call to set up an in house meeting. Tommy came out and went over what we wanted and then shortly thereafter Tommy came back for a second meeting with his design and estimate. After a delay on our end, Tommy came back to check the corrections we wanted to do and to see where he can cut some cost from the remodeling project. After all of the small details and the amount were wrapped and sealed, Tommy started the work and it went as planned. We had no complains of any kind for the work he did and we do love the kitchen that was remodeled by him.

  ET Builders did an amazing remodeling job at our house by remodeling the kitchen, 2 and a half bathrooms and the replacement of the entire floor. During the work we had few issues with the leveling of the floors (which was before the remodeling), and all of those issues were fixed professionally and accordingly. Their hardworking workers and office staff were excellent people to do the work and to report to us on a daily basis. They didn’t care that our children came up to watch them working and to see what was going on too. We highly recommend them to any family or home owners who are interesting in remodeling any part of their house.

The crew was very skilled (each one in his own trade), very hard working people, kind and always were available to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding the remodeling project. All the communication between us to the office staff, workers and project manager was above and beyond to what we imagined. We were happy with the workmanship and the high quality of the materials and products that were used at our house and we do recommend them while we will use them again in the future for any remodeling project.

  We have to say here that ‘ET Builders’ does a wonderful, professional and high quality job on their remodeling projects. In the past of our life (in all the houses that we purchased and moved to), we never got the opportunity to hire someone and see that he finished the projects as he promised, but in this new house that we bought, we had a chance to visit several projects that ET Builders recently finished and to hear from the people that hired them how was it and what do they think even after few months have been passed since they were completed. The dream, purpose, expertise, and all the finishes in the home were beyond our believes. Our suggestion to anyone is that If they are thinking about any type of remodeling project and no matter if its large or small, ET Builders should be on the top of their list of contractors. Our remodeling project was a complete home remodeling project where we teared down most of the house inside and rebuild it again based on our needs and requirements.

  Several remodeling projects at my house.

  Tommy at ET Builders recently did: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, patio, driveway, hallway and our house entry which included:
  Kitchen: new cabinets, sink and counter-tops, storage Helves above the counters, new range hood and new dishwasher.
  Bathrooms: New floor, lighting, bathtubs, double sink vanities and new paint.
  Patio: installing a new awning and repair some cracks in the concrete.
  Driveway: remove and install new stamp concrete.
  Hallway and house entry: new paint and crown molding.
  From the moment I met and spoke to Tommy, it was easy work with him and to come to agreements about the design and progress.
  The work went smoothly and without any problem from beginning to end. He was always responsive and helpful from the first draft until we agreed on the design, find the best fit materials and keep the remodeling project on budget. Tommy is a great communicator and he was on top of everything related to the work, inspections, cabinet installation, plumbers, electricians, paint etc. At the end, we did several modifications and the process went smoothly. When we came across some difficulties, Tommy was perfect in solving them, until I was pleased with the results.
  I am happy to recommend ET Builders for their well-mannered, polite, skilled trades, attention to perfection, the subcontractors that were involved as well and most of all to their desire to deliver you what you want.

  Large scale remodeling project.

  My great experience with ET Builders was ending in the prefect relationship. We started working with them a while back during a small remodeling project that went very good and this time we hired them for our investment house that we just bought. This recent remodeling project was to install new tile flooring around the whole house, completely remodeled the guest bathroom and the master bathroom. because we were not living in the area, most of the details were basically discussed and decided over the phone and via emails when all the actual work was done without us present at the house. Tommy made this project stress less and super easy for us. They had our fully confidence and we knew that we are in excellent hands throughout the process. The sub-contractors that work for them did high quality work and we are very happy with the final results when we finally rented the house. We recommend ET Builders for all of their services, high quality results and mainly because they are truly a pleasure to work with.

  A Complete kitchen Remodeling project.

  The offer that we got from ET Builders for our complete kitchen remodeling project was much more valued than all the other estimates that we got from the other companies that we met and asked for a quote from. All the time that we wanted to get prices for anything, we never looked for the cheapest price because that factor was not important at all. What we always cared about was the quality of the work that we will get from that company AND ET Builders was able to provide just that. The remodelers arrived to our house each day and on time while Tommy (the manager) made sure that they will work full days and complete the daily tasks and the remodeling in general. Tommy also made sure that they will keep the working space as clean as it should be during the whole time and that they will finish the kitchen within the promised time. Our new kitchen looks much better, gorgeous and functional than we wanted. We want to thank ET Builders for all the work they did for us!

  We highly recommend ET Builders to really ANYONE! We have recently finished a 6 months entirely home remodeling of our new purchase house and we are way much more pleased with the completed remodeling product and the mainly the overall experience. From the initial meeting that we had with Tommy and all the way to the last payment we did when the work was finished and when we signed off the contract, it was such a personal and top notch operation!! Tommy, and all the involved people at our house always kept the remodeling project on schedule and on time with so much attention to all the details of the work. Any and all of our questions and concern were addressed and solved in a very logical timing and to our best satisfaction. We were extremely fascinated with everyone who were kept the work flow and under the supervision of Tommy at the house. The remodeling site was always kept clean during the week but before they left to the weekend… they made sure to leave it very clean and safe, (a fact that always commented by our family and friends who visit to see the progress). Our new house is without any doubts a beautiful, functional and new!!.
