Better hope that everything is perfect before East Coast Builders is finished because once they've left, you won't see them again, despite the owner Larry's proclamation that he warranties his work for '10 years, no wait lifetime warranty!'
After barely 2 years went by, we had an issue that would have taken 30 minutes of Larry's time to fix. Over the course of a year and a half, my Wife and I called to remind him to please stop by and fix, only to hear him say either he 'forgot' or someone will stop by (but no one did) or he would yell that he doesn't have to warranty longer than 5 years by law.
Bottom line: he doesn't back up his work, so be warned.
