Purchased a house and provided an HVAC inspection from this provider. When I went to change the filters 6 months later, 1 of the 2 furnaces did not have a filter tray. There was a filter, but it was not secured and the air flowing into the furnace bypassed the filter. How did this pass inspection from this provider? Would NOT use this company in the future.
