I hired Elevate last year for 3 projects. Two of them still remain unfinished, with a STOP WORK order from the county from last January that has not been dealt with. They also took a deposit of $35,134 for a $84,538 addition last December that NO work was started. I have been told repeatedly from the owner Jason Davis that the county was difficult and not approving the plans the addition. However, when I called Arapahoe County I was told no plans have ever been submitted and they have never heard of Elevate Construction. When I asked that my deposit be refunded, he had a lawyer contact me and won't return my requests for a refund. He is a very smooth talker, don't be fooled like I was move on and find an honest contractor that is not in financial trouble.
