Eli installed kitchen cabinets in two rooms of our house over 17 weeks ago. There were damaged parts to the cabinets which supposedly were ordered from the cabinet company to replace and they were going to come back and finish the install when they came in. After the installation (brokered through Lowe's) there was a couple text messages answered after weeks of sending follow up inquiries. We (and Lowe's) have been ghosted by Eli for the past 12 weeks. Never got the cabinets finished.
