Elite sent a person out to measure a door which end up to be the wrong size door send a installer to install the door who measured for the right door which end up to be the wrong size door now they telling me I need a special order door that's been sitting at Lowe's for 3 weeks I have pictures where I have rags over my door just to keep air from coming in. Very rude and very poor customer care.
