Vince and his company installed 2 mini splits into my house back in April. They were prompt, efficient, and he gave me a great price on the work.
However after installing it, 2 weeks into it, water was dripping down the walls on both units.
I went back and forth with Vince to come fix it, he eventually came and told me he couldn’t find anything wrong with either unit.
He blamed the brand new units to be dysfunctional. I made several texts and calls to ask him to fix the problem and he never ended up coming back.
A 3rd party company found that the holes he created in the dry wall were never insulated where the electrical wiring and line set was placed therefore causing a constant leak down the walls.
I handled the issue so poorly and left me out to dry. I would not recommend this company to install your HVAC system.
