This company is contracted with Lowe's to install a deck for me in Fayetteville, GA. They are the most incompetent group of people. They began their work on my deck and did not get a permit; this should have been the first thing they did. They installed the flooring and then started telling me to buy more materials. We bought all materials that was needed on 11/10/2017 and the deck should have been completed by12/01/2017. As of today the deck is still not completed. The installer removed 16 bags of cement from my yard without my permission. If you plan to use Lowe's for anything be sure to have your attorney to read the contract. It is based on North Carolina laws not other states and if has no provision to protect the consumer. Never allow Lowe's to stick you with Elite Renovations. Make sure you run back ground checks on all Lowe's General Contractors, as Lowe's apparently don't. Never use Lowe's or Elite Renovations if you expect to get what you have paid for. I paid $10,694.48 for a new deck, but got a yard full of trash, a deck flooring that is dangerous.
