    Septic System Design
    $1,650

    Conrad Elledge of Conrad Elledge Drainfield Designs is a rip off artist as you can see from his other reviews. Seldom responsive, does not answer questions posed and never came to our site to meet with us after being requested to several times. After firing Conrad, we contacted 4 other septic system designers all confirming Conrad should have told us there was no way we could install a septic system on our limited size lot. Don’t trust him!

    Conrad is a cheat. took $5000 for design which he could never complete or submit. wont refund money. stay away from him

    $700

    Terrible experience. He took payment and never did the work. No show no call on several occasions. We finally had to leave a voicemail saying that we wanted to cancel the entire job with him. He Conveniently showed up at our house an hour later unannounced. We tried to tell him in person at that moment that we wanted to cancel with him. He became very confrontational, yelling and dancing around with a red face. He said we will not receive an a refund. He did absolutely no work for us and we paid him over $700. Do not do business with this guy!

    septic system replacement

    Poor experience; he unethically represented himself as a neutral engineer for a septic system. All the while, he was working as a distributor for a new system application that would net him a large commission (withholding that information from us). He was willing to ruin our back yard for his greed. If we could place a minus here, we would. Please do not hire this person.
