Over 35 years home building experience. Average 2 to 3 new houses per year, even shopping malls. Excellent price & workmanship. Always have perform the job in right way within building code, never complaint. Any minor touch up even within few years after project finish still honor with no charge. He built 4000 sq ft house for me and under charged when project completed. Every charge order was on our requested. Only partial payment after the specific tasks finished. Never charge upfront for work except pre-order long term materials. Mr. Andres Villanueva also an excellent expert witness in construction. No one even filed any small claim against him. He means what he says. The only contractor that I will recommend to any one.
