    I hired Emblaze to renovate my parents' condo. They added hardwood floors and redid the kitchen and bath. I was very happy with Ion's work.

    In addition to being very responsive, returning calls, and being pleasant to deal with, Ion had some great ideas to improve the renovation.

    I'd definitely hire Ion again.

    I was given a vendor list by the place I purchased tiles from while we had our condo gut-rehabbed after a flood. I chose Emblaze out of 10 vendors on the list after speaking with the owner of the company, Ion, and interviewing several others on the list. He and his company did not disappoint. I’ve worked with many contractors and companies over the years and I can honestly say that he is the best I’ve worked with. Here’s why: 1) He is the most responsive contractor I’ve ever worked with. He answered every call, email, and text either in real time or within minutes after. And I’m a very hands-on customer. 2) He gave very upfront and honest quotes for every aspect of the job, no hidden charges. He requested approval for all material and told me in advance of any possible adjustments to the quotes when I requested additional work. 3). All of his licensed subcontractors (electric, plumbing, tile, General, etc), were very professional, pleasant, and performed top quality work. 4). His team showed up every single day exactly on time and put in long work days, always prepared for the task at hand. 5). The job was completed in the time promised and at the dollar amount quoted. 6) Our home looks absolutely amazing and our punch list of items to correct was very small. They do it right the first time. 7) He does multiple walk-through and makes sure that no detail is missed. 7) I will use Emblaze Development for all future projects. And that says something.
