My experience with this company started out ok until I realized it is a bait and switch/scam. Their plumbers are not licensed, and they cannot provide copies of the licenses to anyone. They're using another licensed plumber's information to do their work. The overall job was small, but the contractor/plumber continue to rip out more of my walls and then tell me there is mold, so of course they added more to my bill. First, he didn't need to take out more of the wall, could have fixed the issue and sealed up the 2 tiles and been done with it, got paid and everyone would have been happy. When he returned to complete the work, he used regular drywall and not waterproof for the bathroom, he did not use spacers for the tiles, the tiles were a little crooked and poked out, he used the incorrect grout color, he didn't use any sealant, couldn't screw in the back the faucet fixture properly, damaged more of my tub, damaged my tub mat as he didn't line the tub properly to catch his mess. He also unscrewed the tub drain cover and lost the screw. He proceeded to wash the grout down the tub - which obviously blocked the drains. They wanted money to come back and fix this. This is unprofessional to demand money for a job undone much less undone improperly. Find another company and check everything before proceeding to have someone come into your home to fix anything. Definitely do NOT recommend this company to anyone.
