    I hired Gramajo'sCustomeHomes Inc to do remodeling and addition to my house at west side LA, 90049. The project includes add a family room and a powder room downstairs and two bed rooms and one master bedroom and master closet, one regular bathroom on the second floor. It also includes redo the entire house electrical work, new roof, new stucco, new plumbing, new HVAC, new floor and new drywall. The total cost is $400,000 which is very reasonable price compare to other contractor's estimates. The estimates time is 5 months. They start on Oct, 14,2014. Now it has been 4 month. The house is 75% completed and it meets the budget. Jesse is veryfriendly and easy to get along with. Many small requests and minor variation from the plan which I asked him to do , he is willing to do it without additional charge. He is very helpful and gives me a lot of useful and valuable suggestion. This is the 4th house I am building and he is the best contractor. Sure, the hous eis not completed yet and I have no way to verify the plumbing work. However, his other works are outstanding such as electrical work, structural work, dry wall work, roof work and especially the stucco work. He di three layers on the stucco. Most of the contractor only do two layers, I am very impressed by his work.

    Irwin Gramajo remodeled my house in west Hills, Ca in 2005. It took six months longer than promised. Also, in 2013, my remodeled master bathroom had both sinks plugged. (Not the shower nor the toiet). I called and talked to him for 4-5 times to come and help me but he never showed up!! Other plumbers wanted to dig into my bathroom floor to find and fix. Their estimate was $3,500. I finally called a local plumber who dug the floor about two feet only to find a missing link in the pipe!! a 4" pipe link was missing from connecting the sink pipe to the main drain. It was disgusting, to say the least!! Irwin never came to inspect his workers work and hence the problem. He is nice but NOT very responsible contractor!!
