Friendly and good at promising more than they can handle. Had them remove popcorn ceiling and skim coat walls of the house in 2022. Consistently missed deadlines, incomplete removal and extremely uneven coating (used way too thick of a mixture at once on walls), and cleaning was subpar. When we eventually fired them and started doing the work ourselves, it was ridiculous how simple the process was - my attempt at skim coating and popcorn removal after watching a few videos was significantly better than this “professional.” Really made us think twice about trusting another contractor.

Performed negligent work that all had to be ripped out and redone by another contractor. Didn’t stick to design plan and terrible communication.

Ben took on replacing my vanities but wasn’t qualified and took shortcuts. He ordered a vanity too short for the space, ordered the wrong counter top, and left the job half complete. He constantly asked for more money after I had already paid a 50% deposit. He was late everyday with many excuses. One day he left his saw to make clean cuts, the next day he left his polishing tool and he didn’t know the sink didn’t have clips. One day he was a complete no show after claiming to have spent from 9-3pm at the store. The work that was completed was sloppy, and the backsplash cuts were made on the unfinished side of the material. He said he would call to discuss a refund for the awful work and if heard nothing in 3 days. Run far away.
