I hired Joyce and her team to do a water loss through my homeowners insurance. I paid them almost 100% of the bid back in May and since the end of May I have not heard from them nor had them return my calls with only doing the demo on my bathroom.. needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am now having to take legal action as they have not responded to my termination of contract letter I mailed requesting my money back minus what they have completed. I have now had no master bathroom since April due to this contractor.
