I had my bathroom renovated by Explores Contracting 5 years ago. While the work looked good and seemed to be done correctly, the tiled shower floor began settling onto the shower pan after 2 years. I tried multiple times to contact Richard, but he never returned my calls. I was referred to Explores by a friend (who referred A LOT of work to them) who has also not heard from him. I would not recommend this company because they do not stand behind their work.
