The crappiest company I ever deal with. Their phone is always forwarded to voice mail and nobody returns your call. The services is horrible. Do not ever use them.

If we could rate them with zero stars we would. Customer service is non-existent. It is nothing more than a woman’s voicemail box that has usually surpassed its capacity so you are unable to leave messages. If you are lucky enough to be able to leave a message-it will not be returned. (we have left 3 and all other calls the mailbox was full.) The service technician (there is only one) is inexperienced. He diagnosed our furnace issue wrong twice and we are still without heat, we are on week 4, with forecasts of possible snow this week. Dont use them under any circumstance!!! (If you are like us and your home warrantee company assigns them, ask for someone else before wasting your deductible!!)
