They take forever to pay their bills and give the run around. Expected us to jump through hoops for them to get a job done but took 3 months to pay and then they adjusted the bill to decrease it by a finder fee/admin fee. Don’t work for them

They needed to have a camera repaired when in Albuquerque, NM and Action Audio Visual was there for assistance. I can't get anyone to call me to pay their bill with us. I have left so many messages and NOBODY has called me back and they haven't paid their bill!!!! Will not do business with them again.....

A fantastic company to work with. Some of their clients take a little longer to pay than others, but they've always communicated in a timley manner. We've handled over 45 calls for them over the year, and all but one we were paid on. That one call was (I believe) a Fredericks of Hollywood after they went bankrupt. We received an email quickly there after stating that while they couldn't pay u ($200 or so) on that call, they could allow us to make it up through other calls. which we did.

They do not pay their subcontractors, give run around for months. Owe almost $2000.00 and have already received money from client. Never do work for this contractor.

Worst possible dealings. Con man. LIar and cheat. Gets indignant when you ask him anything. Cheats sr. citizens and blames you for the fact that no word out of his mouth EVER is the truth. This guy finally admitted he is not a licensed contractor. He is above the law, he seems to think. Run if you see him approaching. Steve Nolan, an estimator set me up with this seedy character. These two work together to steal your money. I was having work done within constraints of a HOA which requires licensed contractors only. I asked at our initial meeting. I was told YES. This person is worse than the 1 star rating for TERRIBLE.
