I am a disabled blind woman. This review is provided by a trusted associate. I hired FEH GLOBAL in July of 2023 to perform reconstruction on my home after a fire. At first, President Frederick Holman, appeared to be fair and professional. After I had provided certain instructions, specifically to not engage with my next door neighbor, In complete disregard to my instruction, Mr. Holman decided to engage with my next door neighbor, even going as far to use her electricity. After I confronted Mr. Holman, it was then that his entire composure changed. From that day forward, the work performed on my house was, for the majority, below builders' grade standards and far left field to what I had envisioned/instructed. I decided to have my current housemate be present for the duration at the construction site to observe the progress. I also brought a long time friend and veteran contractor over on numerous occasions to survey the progress and also point out numerous defects to Mr. Holman. During construction, I was nearly conned into believing that certain things needed to be replaced like the oil tanker when all it needed was a cleaning. A water heater was installed by FEH's crew and it was turned on without water and the elements burned out and I had to hire someone else to fix it. The wrong water system was installed in the house, and still needs to be replaced as, to this day, sediment tainted water comes through with a sulfur-like smell. Some of the aforementioned units appeared to be used and without factory decals but were sold to me as new. This is just a few of the many issues! With amazing help from my trusted associates, I have detailed a total of 305 pages of evidence of FEH GLOBAL'S overall deplorable quality of work. After innumerable grievances issued to Mr. Holman, he still had the nerve to demand final payment and left the house categorically unfinished. Let the buyer beware of FEH GLOBAL!
