    Hi,
    Dealing with FCB was a pleasure. I've heard many horror stories about contractors, but that was not the case with these guys. They performed beyond my expectations and I'd recommend them and hire again for future projects.

    Ferguson Custom Builders (FCB) was contracted by a close friend of mine to build a 8.5 million dollar home. I viewed the home and was amazed by the quality and attention to detail. I hired FCB to perform a 1.5 million dollar flip. They were beyond helpful in helping value engineer a lot of the areas of the project, ultimately saving me money and making me more. They were 4 weekls late on the project, but I understand that not all goes too smoothly in construction. I'd hire again.

    If there is an option for -1 Star, that is what I would give them.
    They are the worst experience I ever had in the construction business. They lack in experience, anytime we scheduled a meeting Mr. J. Ferguson will come up with some excuses and never shows up, such a poor work ethic, sometimes they don't know what the are doing, they don't have personnel, anytime I would drive to the job site there are only 2 people working on a 5000 sqft home to be built. They took the cameras from the Job Site, they never deliver what is on the schedule.
    I really hope "Nobody" will use them again, they are just a useless company, they will waste your Time and mostly Money. Yes, don't ever put money in these people hands, they should run out of business hopefully soon.
