WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!
You told me last week (I believe it was on Tuesday 7/5/2022) that there wasn't going to be an inspection on my house yet when I was at my house on Friday 7/8/2022 there were inspections from the town at my house. You were nowhere to be found.
I don't appreciate you blocking my 2 cell phone numbers. Nor do I appreciate you saying you need a vacation from me.
Today is July 17th, 2022. I hired you on January 9th, 2021. You were supposed to have my house completed in 28-40 weeks which should've had our project completion date as per our contract sometime between May 1, 2021 (28 weeks) - October 16, 2021 (40 weeks). Vincent Deletto, you & your company Fine Finish are over a year behind schedule yet you still have little to no men working on my house Monday through Friday. I seldom see more than 2 of your workers or subs workers at my house on any given work day.
My attorney(s) & I would like you to provide us with:
1) The bank statements / escrow account for my job at 3079 Shore Dr., Merrick, NY 11566 with proof of where all monies for my project have gone to date. I've been requesting to see these numbers for over 2 weeks now.
2) A list of all the items left for you to complete as per our contract along with monetary values & completion dates for each of those items
3) Proof of the generator being ordered along with a tracking number / delivery date that you're supposed to provide as per our contract
4) A detailed week by week plan of when / how you plan to complete this project & when you plan to rebate me the rest of the money owed to me as per our contract dated January 9th, 2021
5) Proof of all payments made to Fine Finish including extras
6) Proof of all helical piles installed
A basic plan (nothing fancy; can be hand drawn) of where you plan to place / install the helical piles in my backyard
Proof of the helical pile contractor being hired along with a firm completion date for the helical piles
A explanation as to why my job dated 1/9/2021 with a 28-40 week timeline still isn't close to being done as of 7/12/2022
A explanation as to why the A/C unit in the basement that you had placed in the wrong spot still hasn't been moved to the correct spot even though I payed you $2,000 extra (remember you said the A/C guy wants $1,500 to move it 8' & you want $500 for calling the A/C guy) to relocate it over roughly 2 months ago along with a firm completion date for when the unit will be moved to the correct location
As of 7/21/2021 all that you had done was lift the house (Dawn House Lifters) & finished the last 10% of demolition on the house that I myself hadn't fully completed. I gave you the $202,225 bank check because you threatened me stating that "if I don't give you that check you will have my house up in the air for 4 years while were in court and how my house will rot from being exposed to the elements since it didn't have anything covering the exposed wood frome & how I'll end up paying $160,000 in property taxes while we're in court ($40k ann. X 4 years).
Even after that my many calls & emails for help were ignored. I was called erratic & crazy; I was ignored.
At this point in time (7/15/2021) you'd been given $440,225 when you'd only completed roughly $40,000 of work. Ever since you had my house lifted in the air you've held me hostage & you're abused me to extremes I didn't know were possible. Vincent Deletto, I will no longer be abused by you. It's my firm belief that you with the help of the bank & Rick Potish front loaded the payment schedule & then you did everything you could think of to get yourself fired off the job so you could walk away with my money that you didn't work for.
On 7/23/2021 You rebated me $42,000
On 9/8/2021 you were paid $117,225
On 12/29/2021 You were paid $125,499.40
You rebated me another check for $30,000
I've already provided you with all the materials and decisions I'm supposed to provide as per our contract aside from a few missing kitchen cabinets, 1 vanity for the 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor and 1 linen cabinet for the 2nd floor ensuite bathroom that should be delivered sometime today.
Over the past 2 weeks you've changed your stance from being the abuser to trying to act like the victim/ the abused. Your practices are textbook manipulation & abuser behavior.
The five cycles of emotional abuse codified- enmeshment, extreme overprotection and overindulgence, complete neglect, rage, and rejection/ abandonment (American Psychotherapy Association)
These days you continue to stall my project. Using stall tactics such as only having 1-2 guys working on my house M-F.
You've done so much other harm but this is all I have time to type now.
