DO NOT HIRE ANTHONY FORLINE!
I have a judgment for $1,590.00 from the Philadelphia Municipal Court (#SC-16-04-15-3985) against Mr. Forline for signing a contract and taking a deposit to complete certain work at my house but never did.
He tore apart my garage bathroom & pavement in order to look like he was doing something for about 3 hrs & then left saying he needed another piece of equipment. He NEVER returned.
He made excuses for weeks. I even offered to rent what he wanted but he then stopped answering my calls. He will do this to you too!
