    Big mistake . Absolutely no better than much cheaper homes. I guess they charge you for the arrogance. Salesman was actually insulting after they had our money .

    Just had a new roof installed at my Fischer and Frichtel house in Talbridge subdivision. 1212 Talbridge Way. After five occurrences of shingle damage and loss in a seven year period our insurance company agreed we needed a whole new roof. Cost me 3500 dollars out of pocket. A real shame that a roof has to be replaced that was only seven years old. This was a result in my opinion of faulty material and shoddy workmanship. Extremely disappointed in this F & f HOME.

    I would not recommend purchasing a home built by Fischer and Frichtel based on my experience. Many of the decks in my building (built in 2005) are literally collapsing. They have to be completely removed and rebuilt at a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars. The condos range from $300,000-$780,000. Fischer and Frichtel is assuming no financial responsibility because it is outside of 10 years. Would a reasonable person expect a deck to collapse on their $780,0000 condo after 12 years. NO! I have filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office.
