We hired Dennis Szymanski from Five Lakes Construction to build our dream home. He seemed to be a very likable guy and we felt comfortable in our decision to use him--what a big mistake! He did nothing but lie to us. Constant excuses why the job wasn't progressing. Contractors walking off the job because he wasn't paying them. Then we had contractors calling us directly threatening to put liens on our property. In the end, the house is not finished and he walked away with our money. Please do not be his next victim.
