Left the project unfinished and left us in two (2) lawsuits still pending over unpaid workers and material. In fact, one of the lawsuits involves unpaid bills of his from a project he had left unpaid bills on prior to our job. During the project, my Wife was physically accosted in our home because he hadn't paid them. Two years later we still have no CO, can't close on our construction loan, and have been forced to keep paying interest ... only ... on the construction loan. The lawsuits remain ongoing. Check the larger suppliers of building materials in the State of Florida and see if they will extend him credit anymore (like Manning and Builder's First).
