Apparently this contractor lets other non lisc. contractors use his Lisc. Gonsalez Cons. used Lisc. Flores Const. to do permits and work on my parents home . roof leaks and now they are pointing fingers at each other.Need to take these clowns to court

This contractor is the worst contractor we have ever used. He is operating in El Paso, Texas under R&J Stucco LLC as well as Flores Construction. I hired him to build a rock wall and the work was very sloppy. The wall and columns are uneven. We also have rocks falling out of the wall. When we notified Rafael Flores to correct the problems, he displayed an attitude and walked off the job. He left a mess in our yard, our neighbor's yard and in the road. While he was working on my house, another neighbor hired him to work on her house and she had similar issues. I am in the process of filling a claim against his bond. I would highly discourage the use of this contractor.
