He is the only contractor I would recommend, he will seem very expensive
Because he's accurately priced with no add-ons, all other contractors will come in a lot lower, example a 1.1 million dollar job others will come in at 800k.
What you will get for the 1.1 is an a+ job and done in an acceptable time frame, with no surprises unless customer changes ideas an adding on themselves. The 800k will get you 3 or more years of headaches, lawsuits, loss of time and money. At the end will end up paying more than 1.1 or close to it and a c level job and possibly not even finish the job.
